Services
Ghost Coyote Web provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO and performance optimization, and site maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in individual project agreements.
Project Scope & Revisions
Each project's scope, timeline, and number of revision rounds are specified in the project agreement. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately. We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.
Payment Terms
Project fees, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website design and code. Ghost Coyote Web retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Ghost Coyote Web is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
